THE OSAKA VEST IS A VERSATILE AND COMFORTABLE PIECE MADE OF A STURDY RIPSTOP COTTON FABRIC. THE PADDING IS MADE FROM PLANT-BASED MATERIALS, PRIMARILY BAMBOO. IT HAS TWO LARGE POCKETS ON THE FRONT AND TWO CENTRAL TABS TO ADJUST THE FIT. RECYCLED POLYESTER LABELS WITH EMBOSSED LOGO ON THE RIGHT POCKET AND ON THE BACK.

Natural COlors
Our colors are produced in Italy.
This garment is dyed with vegetable charcoal, a 100% activated carbon obtained by carbonizing vegetable material (beech, birch, peat) and then purified at high temperatures for food and pharmaceutical purposes.
It is especially used as a food additive in foods such as licorice, candies, etc. Natural dyes, derived from plant sources, are free of harmful chemicals and help make a natural fiber even more biodegradable in the environment at the end of its life cycle.
These dyes are safer to process and do not pollute the environment when disposed of in water.
Dyeing process
The coloring is done with cold applied products and therefore with low environmental impact.
With the applied technique we can guarantee.
- a consumption of dyes three times lower than in normal dyeing processes, which means that we also reduce the rinsing after dyeing.
- a low consumption of water.
- a minimal energy consumption.
Bamboo Padding
One of the unique properties of bamboo fibers is its natural antibacterial property, which is due to the presence of a bio-active ingredient in the fibers called “bamboo kun” that helps reduce the bacteria that thrive in our clothes and thus on our skin.
It is also breathable, does not shrink and dries quickly.

I received a garment that has a different color from the picture, why?
Answer: All of our garments are "garment dyed" with natural products or a low-intensity dyeing process, so each garment can have a different color detail. This is what makes our garments truly unique.
What happens when I wash garments dyed with natural colors and/or cold dyes?
Answer: You may notice a slight loss of color after washing and drying. This is given by the treatment used, is not aggressive or done with chemicals, so it’s less strong, our garments needs care and attention. We recommend washing your garment hand-wash or if you don’t feel sure about it, bring it to laundry and ask to wash it by hand, this two way of washing are the only options to keep it looking its best and to reduce fading.
